This is a high clearance DIY weld-together winch bumper kit for the 2014-2021 3rd Gen Toyota Tundra. It features a bolt-on design, protected winch mount, and the best approach angle of any bumper on the market. This bumper allows you to forget about approach angle and substantially improves the offroad capability of your Tundra! It offers excellent protection from rocks, trees and animal strikes and has been kept to a weight of 121lbs (steel version) through careful design work. And unlike many other bumpers on the market, absolutely no modification of the vehicle body or frame is required and the vehicle can be easily returned back to stock if desired.
The main section of this bumper is CNC-bent out of a single piece of quality 3/16" P&O Steel. This greatly reduces the amount of welding and grinding required by you and makes for a cleaner finished product. If you are paying to have the bumper assembled by a welding shop, this significantly lowers the cost. This bumper provides excellent integration of the factory fog light wiring and parking sensor assemblies. The factory wiring harness is easily removed from the stock bumper and transferred to the Coastal Offroad bumper. This allow you to wire in our LED driving lights and your factory parking sensors right into the Coastal Offroad bumper using the factory wiring harness, thus maintaining all of the factory switches on your steering column. When removing the Coastal Offroad bumper from the vehicle, all wiring is then conveniently disconnected all at once via the factory plugs located behind the vehicle grill.
